This notice describes information associated with the PlayRush website and Android app. PlayRush is operated by Adnexus Private Limited. Data and permissions may vary by app version and the features you use. Read any separate in-app permission or consent request before choosing whether to proceed. To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Privacy Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

• Country: where PlayRush or the owners/founders of PlayRush are based, in this case is India

• Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit PlayRush and use the services.

• Personnel: refers to those individuals who are employed by PlayRush or are under contract to perform a service on behalf of one of the parties.

• Personal Data: any information that directly, indirectly, or in connection with other information --- including a personal identification number --- allows for the identification or identifiability of a natural person.

• Service: refers to the service provided by PlayRush as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

• Third-party service: refers to advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

• You: a person or entity that is registered with PlayRush to use the Services.

Information collected

a) Information you give us --- to avail services on PlayRush, you are required to provide the following information for the registration/login process.

(a) User Name: Your user name is used for your account identification and helps us in data management. Note: Your username might not be unique.

Mobile number: PlayRush does not require or collect a mobile phone number for account registration.

(c) Email address: Your email address is used to communicate service alerts (your activity on PlayRush & Service-related communication). Other uses: (i) We verify your email address through 3rd party services to detect fraud/unauthorized usage of PlayRush. (ii) We send commercial or marketing messages that we deem to be relevant to you, with an option to unsubscribe in each email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, security or service messages.

The Google Play listing reports that data is encrypted in transit; storage protections and retention depend on the data and service.

All required information is service dependent and the Company may use the above-mentioned user Information to maintain, protect, and improve the PlayRush Services and for developing new services.

In case you choose to decline to submit your email address information on the app during registration, we will not be able to provide services on the app to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the same at the time of opening your account.

When you register with PlayRush, we contact you from time to time about updating your personal information to provide you with features that we believe may benefit/interest you. This notice explains data practices; separate consent or permission requests apply where required. If you do not agree, please do not use or access PlayRush services.

Information we capture/track from the use of the services or is obtained from third parties (This information is only captured from your device after you grant permission to the PlayRush app). We capture/track information from your use of services. This information may be obtained from third parties in some cases. This information is used to provide the best & customized service to each of our users, improve overall service delivery, devise new services, identify and reduce fraud or unauthorized use of our services, and other purposes. All this information is captured after your explicit confirmation and permissions wherever required.

1. Device & account information

We collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and relevant network information).

How we use this information: We primarily use this information to detect fraud & unauthorized usage of the PlayRush app. Your device-level information is also used in tracking your activity on PlayRush for various actions & tasks.

2. Log information

When you use our services or view content provided by PlayRush, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:

• details of how you used our service
• Internet protocol address
• cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your PlayRush Account

How we use this information: We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, like pixel tags etc. to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We use multiple such 3rd party services like Google Analytics, Branch metrics etc. We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services to create a rich profile of you, to better your experience on PlayRush.

3. Unique application numbers

Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type, application version number, etc.) may be sent to PlayRush when you install or uninstall that service.

How we use this information: Operating system type & version help us provide the best experience of PlayRush for your operating system along with customizing offers displayed to you. Information about installing and uninstalling other services helps us keep track of offers that are common between these and PlayRush thus giving you the best experience and performance within the app.

5. Local storage

We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as application data, and caches.

How we use this information: This information is used to (a) maintain your login session on PlayRush; (b) this information may also be used from time to time to sync with PlayRush servers and update the tasks and services that we provide to you within the app for your next usage.

We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit a PlayRush service, and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. We also use these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with the services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or PlayRush features that may appear on other sites or various SDKs we use for product Analytics that help us analyze the traffic.

How we use this information: We use information collected from cookies and other technologies like pixel tags, Postbacks, etc. to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We use multiple tools & 3rd party services like Google Analytics, Branch metrics etc. We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services to give you the best experience within PlayRush.

7. App usage Permission and Use of data

In order to use our app, we are Collecting and Uploading Users Installed Packages Information (including the use duration and use history) to 3rd party SDKs to help them track your progress and provide personalised games, surveys and quizzes and to prevent fraudulent activities.

With your consent

We will share device-level information with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of PlayRush when we have your consent to do so. When you agree to our Privacy Policy, you provide us consent to share your device-level information (mainly used for analytics and marketing purposes). We do not share your personally identifiable information with any entity outside PlayRush.

We may disclose to third-party services certain personally identifiable information listed below:

• information you provide us such as your email address.
• information we collect as you access and use our service, including application packages present on your device, email addresses, third-party account information on your phone, device information, network carrier, etc.

This information is shared with third-party service providers so that we can:

• personalize the app for you
• perform behavioral analytics
• provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you

Once the User permits, we may obtain additional information such as transactional information available on your device, to personalize your experience and improve the app suggestions. Please be informed that the data collection is handled securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography (secure HTTPS connection).

We provide information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with the Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

PlayRush Site/App may include links to other websites or apps. Such sites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you click on those links, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. Any information you provide directly to a third party merchant, website or application is not covered by this privacy notice. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party to whom you choose to share your personal information directly.

Permissions that we require

PlayRush app for Android requires the following permissions to perform normally on your device:

• Device & app history --- Retrieve apps that are currently running on your device
• Identity --- Get details about different device identifiers for your device
• Wi-Fi connection information --- We read the status of your Wi-Fi connection on your device to notify you about the same and also intimate you to use PlayRush at that time so as to save on your data costs
• Other Permissions such as Receiving data from the Internet, full network access, preventing the device from sleeping, reordering running apps, viewing network connections, reading Google service configuration, controlling vibration, running at start-up, modify system settings --- We use these services to give our users the best possible experience on PlayRush and improve our services from time to time.

Personnel

If you are a PlayRush worker or applicant, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We use the information collected for Human Resources purposes in order to administer benefits to workers and screen applicants.

You may contact us in order to (1) update or correct your information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) receive a record of the information we have relating to you.

Sale of Business

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of PlayRush or any of its Corporate Affiliates, or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Affiliates

We may disclose information (including personal information) about you to our Corporate Affiliates. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Corporate Affiliate" means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with PlayRush, whether by ownership or otherwise. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent

This notice should be read alongside the app’s current in-app disclosures and Google Play Data safety information.

Data Deletion

User can request to delete their account and all data from the platform by mailing us on our registered mail i.e. info@playrush.me attaching their registered email address and have to wait for 30 days meanwhile we will validate all the information and will contact the respective user and will send confirmation mail before deleting the account.

Advertising

This website may contain third party advertisements and links to third party sites. PlayRush does not make any representation as to the accuracy or suitability of any of the information contained in those advertisements or sites and does not accept any responsibility or liability for the conduct or content of those advertisements and sites and the offerings made by the third parties.

Advertising keeps PlayRush and many of the websites and services you use free of charge. We work hard to make sure that ads are safe, unobtrusive, and as relevant as possible.

Third party advertisements and links to other sites where goods or services are advertised are not endorsements or recommendations by PlayRush of the third party sites, goods or services. PlayRush takes no responsibility for the content of any of the ads, promises made, or the quality/reliability of the products or services offered in all advertisements.

Cookies for Advertising

These cookies collect information over time about your online activity on the website and other online services to make online advertisements more relevant and effective to you. This is known as interest-based advertising. They also perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously reappearing and ensuring that ads are properly displayed for advertisers. Kids Privacy

PlayRush is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We are committed to protecting the privacy of young users and complying with applicable laws regarding the collection and processing of personal data of minors. In accordance with Indian law, any person under the age of 18 is considered a minor. PlayRush permits users between the ages of 16 and 17 to register and participate on the platform, provided that explicit consent is obtained at the point of registration. By registering, users in this age group confirm that they have obtained the necessary parental or guardian consent to use the platform and participate in surveys and other platform activities.

Users under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the PlayRush platform in any capacity. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 16, their account will be immediately suspended and all personal data associated with that account will be permanently deleted from our systems without delay. PlayRush does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from children under the age of 16.

If a parent or guardian believes that their child has registered on the platform without their consent, they are encouraged to contact us immediately at info@playrush.me so that we can take prompt action to remove the account and delete all associated data. Parents and guardians of users aged 16 to 17 have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their child's personal data at any time by contacting us at info@playrush.me. We will respond to all such requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, India) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). PlayRush reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a user's registration or participation on the platform. Any user found to have misrepresented their age will have their account permanently suspended and all associated data deleted.

Changes To Our Privacy Policy

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to this Privacy Policy and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Privacy Policy, you can delete your account.

Facebook Pixel

Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that allows you to measure the effectiveness of your advertising by understanding the actions people take on your website/app. You can use the pixel to: Make sure your ads are shown to the right people. Facebook pixel may collect information from your device when you use the service. Facebook pixel collects information that is held in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
