Your total shows the coins currently associated with your wallet, including balances that may still have a specific status or usage condition.
Available coins
Available coins can be used for eligible rewards shown in the Shop, subject to the selected reward's requirements. Gift-card redemption is not the same as a cash withdrawal.
Locked or pending coins
Pending coins await verification. Locked coins have a separate usage condition shown in the app. Not every pending activity qualifies for credit.
Wallet history
Use your activity or transaction history to review coin credits, Fan Battle results and redemptions. Each entry helps explain a balance change.
